Over the past 25 years Be The Match®, operated by the National Marrow Donor Program ® (NMDP), has managed the largest and most diverse marrow registry in the world. We work every day to save lives through transplant.
MY BROTHER'S KEEPER
President Obama launched the My Brother’s Keeper initiative to address persistent opportunity gaps faced by boys and young men of color and ensure that all young people can reach their full potential. Through this initiative, the Administration is joining with cities and towns, businesses, and foundations who are taking important steps to connect young people to mentoring, support networks, and the skills they need to find a good job or go to college and work their way into the middle class.
Last year, hundreds of volunteers helped to improve school buildings inside and out, chaperoned field trips, mentored, tutored and motivated our scholars to believe in themselves and achieve academically. Your time and support can change lives.

BLACK LIVES MATTER
YMARI targets youth who may display the potential of becoming delinquent, introducing and reinforcing positive character building and skill enhancing projects.
The Ohio Unity Coalition is an affiliate of the national Unity Voter Empowerment Campaign covened by the National Coalition on Black Civic Participation (www.ncbcp.org). The Unity Campaign works nationally with APRI, Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, Cost of Freedom Project, African American Youth Vote, and other groups to ensure that African American voters are prepared for the presidential election.
Neighborhood Connections is an innovative, nationally recognized community-building program established in 2003. Our mission is to fuel the power of neighbors to create, together, an extraordinary world right where they live. We do this through our signature initiative – the Neighbor Up network.
Neighborhood Connections launched the Neighbor Up network in 2012 to:
- bring people together across lines of difference.
- create a web of collaboration and exchange.
- and encourage residents from different neighborhoods, as well as institutional leaders, to work together to respond innovatively to the challenges that plague our communities.
Financial Juneteenth aims to be the information hub that empowers Black wealth creation. We do this through providing breaking news, education, and company information within the African American space.
